All project engagements, including scope of work, deliverables, timelines, warranties and pricing, are governed by separate written agreements or contracts between Synchronous Building Automation and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

Any quotes, estimates or pricing information provided through our Site or by our team are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. All quotes are subject to a detailed site assessment, technical review and formal written proposal. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal document and may be subject to change based on project requirements, site conditions, material availability and market pricing at the time of acceptance.
